Hyderabad: Commercial Taxes Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav said Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao would be given a warm welcome on his arrival from Mumbai after signing the agreement on irrigation projects with Maharashtra Government on Tuesday.
Speaking to media persons here on Monday, Talasani said a grand reception was being organised at Begumpet Airport. He said that the Chief Minister would be taken in a massive colourful rally to the camp office. A welcome stage would be set up at Begumpet Airport where nearly 1,000 artists would present different cultural programmes.
Talasani said TRS workers from Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal and Khammam have been invited to participate in the reception. Parking arrangements have been arranged at Rasoolpura crossroads, Gymkhana Grounds, Wesley College Ground and Begumpet Dhobi Ghat.
He said that KCR has resolved the 60-year-old dispute with Maharashtra Government over Godavari River sharing within a year. (INN)
