London, March 27: English rock band Rolling Stones member Ronnie Wood’s Brazilian girlfriend gave him a black eye and a fat lip after discovering he had hit the bottle behind her back.
Ana Araujo ripped out two of his paintings before reaching for him, thesun.co.uk reported.
“He was calling her all sorts of names for criticising his drinking and she just snapped. Two of his prized paintings, which he had hoped to sell, are ruined. She ripped them to shreds. He crossed the wrong woman,” said a source.
The couple met earlier this year when Wood went to Royal Opera House in London’s Covent Garden.
