Revanth Reddy wants “TG” to replace “TS”

Telangana TDP Working President A. Revanth Reddy said that if TDP comes to power in next elections, then it would replace the “TS” with “TG” on the number plates of all vehicles.

Participating in the “Meet The Press” programmes held at Somajiguda Press Club here on Tuesday, Revanth Reddy said that the TDP would also change the logo of Telangana Government by incorporating the Telangana Martyrs’ Memorial. He said had already sent a letter to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao in this regard, but there was no response. He also discussed various interesting issues during the programme.

Revanth Reddy said that the Telangana movement originally began with the political motives and there was no difference between him and Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao in this regard. He said despite completion of three years the Chief Minister did not conduct a single meeting in honour of martyrs of Telangana and not even one per cent of budget was spent on the welfare of their families.

Revanth Reddy said KCR has created problem for himself by shifting Dharna Chowk as after losing power in next elections KCR and his family members would agitate seeking restoration of Dharna Chowk. (INN)
