Senior Accountant Required to perform following
Job description :
Preparation of bank reconciliation statements on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
Reconciliation of key accounts – Prepayments , accruals etc
Monitoring bank charges and bank guarantee charges and exception reporting
Preparing schedules on Fixed assets and reconciling same to GL
Monitoring transactions
Ensuring the integrity of control accounts
Posting transactions on Accounting system
Prepare cheques after approval and have it reviewed by Finance Supervisor.
Updating cheque monitoring to ensure sufficient funds is maintained.
Responsible for daily reconciliation of cash-in-hand and GP cash ledger.
Posting Daily cash expenses in GP after having all supporting documents in hand
Any other duties assigned by the Finance Supervisor.
Qualification :
At least graduation degree
1-2 year experience
