Job Description:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Science, HBP or any other related engineering.
Computer literate
Minimum 3-8 Yrs of experience in Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Executive, relevant experience is required.
Certificate with more than 3 years’ may be designated as Contracts Executive.
Department / Project : Tender, Project Operation or Site Operation
Reporting To (Job Title) : Project Manager or Project Leader / Contracts Manager / Costing Manager
Brief statement on the purpose of the job :
To assist the immediate superior in contracts administration.
Fully aware of the Company Mission Statement, policies and functional objective.
To prepare tenders and estimate costing.
To obtain quotations for tenders or on-going projects from suppliers or sub-contractors.
To prepare Progress Claims, Variation Order Claims and Final Accounts.
To check actual site measurements for tendering or project valuation.
To perform any other duties assigned by the superiors.
To co-ordinate, organise and manage the QS Section and reporting directly to the Project Leader, Contract Manager or
Costing Manager as and when necessary.
To comply with the ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 works’ procedures.
Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by the HOD, Project Manager or Project Leader or the Management.
