The construction work of the vast and beautiful Masjid Gutla Begumpet is in final phase and it is likely to be complete within a month. With the special interest of Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan, NRI Mr. Ahmed Nawaz Khan residing in Dubai constructed the masjid with the cost of more than 2 Cr.
Mr. Zahed Ali Khan offered Friday prayers at Masjid Gutla Begumpet and inspected construction works. Each floor can accommodate around 2000 musallis. First floor has already completed and prayers are also being performed in it. The ground floor is in the concluding phase. The 123 ft long minarets can be seen from afar.
Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Mr. Amer Ali Khan, Mr. Mohammed Saleem MLC, Mr. Aziz Pasha ex MP, Mr. Taqiuddin Shaji, Mr. Iftekhar Husain, Ali Masqati, Osman Al-Hajari, Ahmed Shareef, Ali Al-Katmi, Kaleemuddin Askar, Mohammed Saleemuddin, Fayyaz Ahmed and others were also present on the occasion.
