New Delhi, June 11: The BJP core group tonight expressed concern at the health of Ramdev who was admitted to the ICU of a Dehra Dun hospital on the seventh day of his fast and said any untoward turn in the Yoga guru’s condition will become a national issue.
BJP leaders at the meeting discussed the Yoga guru’s health and opined that any untowrd turn in his condition will become a national issue, party sources said.
They also discussed the party’s future course of action in view of the situation, they said.
Held at L K Advani’s residence, the meeting was attended by BJP chief Nitin Gadkari, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj and party general secretary Ananth Kumar.
