Hyderabad: PM Modi’s visit to Telangana might being prosperity to the State. It is expected that the PM would wake an announcement for providing funds for various projects of Telangana in which there would be an investment of Rs. 17 thousand crore.
It is hoped that during his visit, many projects of Telangana would get clearance from the Central Govt. PM may make an announcement for setting up fertilizer plant from Coal, Manoharabad – Kothapally Rail Link and the restoration of Textile park in Warangal.
Govt. sources indicated that Central Govt. is making an effort to develop Telangana State by providing Central funds. It is hoped that Ramagundam Fertilizer and Chemical Plant would be given clearance from the Dept. of Environment. A sum of Rs. 10,559 crore would be spent to setup NTPC’s power generation plant of 1600 MW which is likely to be completed by 2020. 85% of the power generated in this plant would be allotted to Telangana State.
For 152 km Railway line connecting Manoharabad and Kothapally 1200 acre land would be acquired. Mr. Bandaru Dattatreya, Union Minister of State for Labour express his hope that Mr. Modi’s visit to Telangana State would provide opportunities for industrial development, the benefits of which would be reaped by the people.
