New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has returned today from his two-nation visit, which included Israel. He is the first Indian Prime Minister to visit Israel in all these years.
PM Modi has marked 25 years of establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries, with this official tour. He attended the G-20 Summit in Hamburg of Germany after he left Israel.
PM Modi has signed a number of agreement between the two nations with Israel Prime Minister Banjamin Netayahu, reports the Wion.
PM Netayahu had received PM Modi at the airport when he reached Israel. He had also met with the Israeli business community where CEOs of Indian and Israeli businesses signed agreements worth $5 billion.
After concluding his Israel visit, PM Modi attended the G-20 Summit in Hamburg. At the summit, the Prime Minister had held bilateral talks with many leaders of countries like South Korea, Italy to discuss a number of different issues.
