New Delhi, July 18 (ANI): Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad on Saturday advised Narendra Modi to come out of the campaign mode, saying the latter is not the chairman of BJP’s campaign committee but the country’s Prime Minister.
“Prime Minister Modi needs to realise that he is the Prime Minister of the country, he is not the chairman of BJP’s campaign committee. He cannot say whatever he wants, wherever he wants. He should talk according to the event and not politicise everything,” said Azad.
Prime Minister Modi has yesterday criticized Robert Vadra with his sons-in-law remark, saying we all know what kind of things are being said about ‘damaads’ these days.
“Dogra Sahab would have been a very good judge of people’s abilities. And one example is the son-in-law he selected. There was no similarity in the political ideology of Dogra Sahab and Arun Jaitley. These days, we know what kind of things are said about ‘damaads’,” he said at the leader’s centenary celebrations in Jammu, leaving the audience in splits. (ANI)
