Our players are hungry to perform: Ganga

Hyderabad, October 17: Trinidad & Tobago skipper Darren Ganga lauded Keiron Pollard for his scintillating batting display and said the Caribbean team is full with talents like him who are hungry to perform at the big stage.

Pollard’s sensational 18-ball 54 run innings fashioned Trinidad & Tobago’s four-wicket win over New South Wales Blues in a League A match today and inched them one step closer towards the semifinal spot of the inaugural Champions League.

The Trinidad & Tobago captain dedicated the sensational victory to the natives of West Indies.

“I can’t find a word to describe him (Pollard). He was brilliant, he came good today but I tell you he is not the only one who will come good. We have lot of talented players in the team who are hungry to perform,” a jubilant Ganga said after the match.
