The Role

Functions as a skilled level Technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair; Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance to standards and procedures; Ensures all documentations are attached to the job repair according to standards; Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts; Ensure that parts availability before carrying out the repair; Gets a warrantee decision from the warranty department before carrying out any warranty repair. Carry out the repair within factory time; Saved and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer; Ensures warranty department signs off as receiving warranty return parts on Repair Orders; Examines assigned vehicle to determine if future safety or service work is required or recommended; Communicates with the Team Leader immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time; Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order including an accurate legible customer complaint cause and correction as performed; Consults Team Leader to assist in diagnosis of unusual problems. Supervises work of technician helper as assigned; Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to Team Leader; Understands, keeps abreast of, and compiles with state and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.


– Auto Diploma Technician or any related technical field
– At least 3 to 5 years in automotive with Mercedes – Benz experience is a must
– Certified System Technician by Mercedes – Benz
– Trade Certificate – Auto Technician
– Auto line software knowledge is an added value
– Auto Spare parts knowledge
– Fluency in English
– Arabic is an added value
