Hyderabad, June 1 (NSS) Aiming to facilitate quicker, transparent procedure & to provide good governance to citizens with respect to ‘Building’, ‘Change of Land Use’, ‘Layout’, & ‘NOC’ permissions, LRS/BRS applications processing HMDA decided to harness the potential of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
A software solution having artificial intelligence is been customized and implemented with effect from Jan 2016 in HMDA for residential building only. Now it is extended to commercial, institutional, multi storied buildings, mixed use also. All building and layout applications, change of land use are taken up for online processing under software solution named ‘Development Permissions Management System (DPMS)’.
With the use of software solution, it is decided to process the applications in a time span of 30 days. (NSS)
