Hyderabad: After burning the fingers, RTC officials have realized their mistake now. They had started Vajra Bus Service without any pre-planning. The passengers were provided the facility of online booking. The drivers were given the details of these booking, but now, the drivers have been given the responsibility of issuing tickets against payment. These services have now been allowed to enter the bus stations. RTC has started this new bus service with 16 buses plying between Hyderabad and Warangal, Hyderabad and Nizamabad but the income is not exceeding 30% since the tickets were being booked through the agents.
