‘It’s nothing but dual standards of KCR’: Ponnam

“The conditions turned in Telangana as the people may carry the placards displaying ‘no need of Telangana. United Andhra Pradesh is good’ under Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s rule”, said former MP and TPCC vice-president Ponnam Prabhakar.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, Ponnam alleged that there was no response from the Chief Minister though the conditions in government hospitals were tragic. He alleged that KCR, who stated time and again that he will abolish the contract employees system in Telangana, was now giving new notifications for contract employees forgetting his own statements. He asked the state government to tell as to why it was given notification in the Animal Husbandry department for the sake of contract employees recruitment. “It is nothing but dual standards of KCR”, he slammed. The Telangana state stood in third place in harassing the women, he said and questioned the Chief Minister to tell the answer for it. (NSS)
