New Jersy (America), Septtember 04: The North East YSR Followers have met on the occasion of late chief minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s first death anniversary and paid homage to the greatest leader ever.
“Since September 2 is a working day, we have decided to celebrate YSR death anniversary on September 12at Royal Albert’s Palace, Fords, New Jersey so that all Telugu community can pay homage to Dr YSR.
On the occasion, Mr Gangasani Rajeshwar Reddy, Mr Mahender Musuku, Mr Aalla Rami Reddy, Mr Arikatla Srinivasa Reddy, Mr Ramana Reddy Devulapalli, Mr Sudhir Varma, Mr Ram Vedantham, Mr Mohan Reddy Patlolla and Mr Jithendar Atluri remembered Dr YSR’s acquaintances and his personality.
How he had helped the poor people with various popular schemes, they observed, adding that undoubtedly Dr YSR’s life is an example of a leader, a mentor, a friend, a follower and many more, which are rare to find in one person in this century, and these qualities will help coming younger generations to follow.
Every one knows that Dr YSR had great capabilities and set highest standards as a leader, they added.
The Congress MLC, Mr Gidugu Rudraraju, spoke to the audience over telephone and thanked them for taking time and remembering the leader. Mr Y S Vivekananda Reddy, Mr M. Gnanendra Reddy (former MP), Mr Gone Prakash Rao, Mr Raja Narreddy and prominent people from various Telugu organizations, including American Telugu Association (ATA), TANA, TLCA, TFAS and NATS will be attending the event.
