No understanding between BJP – TRS: Shah

Hyderabad: BJP national president Amit Shah today clarified that there is no friendly understanding between BJP and TRS in Telangana state in the present elections.
He replied to a question whether BJP has friendly ties with TRS party, as that party had supported NDA government in parliament on different occasions.

Amit Shah made it clear that there is no friendly ties with TRS, and the BJP is contesting the Assembly elections on its own in Telangana. There were only two options before TRS in parliament–.

whether to support central government or oppose it. In such a situation, the TRS has extended support to the BJP government. This does not mean that ruling party in Telangana has any friendly understanding with BJP, he clarified.

The BJP president also pooh poohed the allegations of A P chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on the issue of CBI investigations. The allegations by both chief ministers are unfortunate, he said asked how can charges be levelled against NDA government when the CVC has interfered in the investigation of CBI.
