New round of Iranian nuclear talks set in Turkey

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Saturday that Iran and six world powers have agreed to meet in the Turkish city of Istanbul on April 13 for a new round of talks on Iran’s nuclear program.

Clinton made the announcement at a news conference Saturday following a security conference in Saudi Arabia.

An official from the Turkish foreign ministry told Xinhua on phone that they would listen to the European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton.
