Naidu behaved rudely

Kakinada (AP), October 09: Some Congress leaders in Andhra Pradesh tonight alleged that TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu behaved rudely with tribal women during his tour to a village in East Godavari district.

Naidu visited Vantada village to talk to tribal people about the alleged illegal mining of minerals and its impact on the people.

Some women opposed his visit and when they resisted his attempt to speak, he raised his hand and asked them angrily to leave the place, the Congress leaders in East Godavari district alleged. Naidu insulted innocent tribal women, they claimed.

TDP leaders, however, claimed that Congress leaders prodded some tribal women to snatch the mike from his hands when he was about to speak. Naidu raised his hand while telling the women to sit down and it was not an insult at all, they said.
