Hyderabad: Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily, Mr. Zahid Ali Khan expressed his deep sorrow on the sad demise of Maulana Abdul Raheem Quraishi, President of Tameer-e-Millath and Asst. General Secretary All India Personal Law Board and said that Muslim community lost a very good leader. His services for the rehabilitation of communal riots victims are commendable.
He was a social worker, author, Stateman, leader, lawyer, researcher and a religious head. He had a unique identity as a devoted leader. His passion for social service is worth emulating. With his demise, Hyderabad lost a very dedicated leader. His services on the post police action issues of Hyderabad, restoration of Babri Masjid would be remembered. He led a campaign for restoration of Babri Masjid. He prayed to god to forgive him and bestow patience to his descendents.
