Finding fault with the State and Central governments’ attitude, CPI national secretary Dr K Narayana said Prime Minister Narendera Modi, Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu were behaving like three monkeys.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Narayana alleged that Modi, Venkaiah and Babu were behaving like ‘not to hear’, ‘not to look’ and ‘not to speak’ manner.
