Hyderabad, January 25: The Sangareddy Congress MLA, Mr T. Jayaprakash Reddy, was arrested along with 150 supporters when he threatened to block the national highway and prevent the TRS chief, Mr K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s entry into Sadashivpet.
Sangareddy town witnessed tense scenes from early morning with Congress activists setting two vans ablaze and squatting on the National Highway No. 9, disrupting traffic and forcing police to get tough, by brandishing ‘KCR Go Back’ placards.
