Hyderabad, January 18: It was the ladies in action at the finale of the Mirchi Maharani contest that took place in the city on Saturday at the TMC showroom. The gorgeous ladies scored on all departments, be it wit, talent or personality.
Mayuri Raj, a dentist by profession, was crowned the Mirchi Maharani at the grand finale amidst thunderous applause and was presented a cheque of Rs 50,000.
BVL Sujata was the first runner up, and won a prize money of Rs 25,000 and Harshita was declared the second runner up with a prize money of Rs 15,000. The activity was a joint initiative of Radio Mirchi and TMC Electronics to hunt for the most charismatic woman of the city. 20 ladies from across the city battled it out to win the title amidst much fanfare.
Renowned singer and music composer Raghu Kunche and singer Tina along with Uma Amarnath, Director of TMC Electronics were present to crown the winner.
