Hyderabad: High Court of Hyderabad struck off GoMs 115 and GoMs 117 dated 5th July 2017 and ordered to give admissions in MBBS as per GoMs 130 dated 1st March 2016 in Muslim medical colleges.
It may be mentioned that for ‘A’ category there are 60% seats and under ‘B’ category there are 25% seats but Govt. had issued GoMs 115 for giving admissions in ‘A’ up to 50% and in ‘B’ category up to 35% and in ‘C’ category up to 15%.

Justice Rama Subramanyam and Justice T. Rajani of the division bench of High Court passed orders in this respect. Ms. B. Rachna and Mr. Syed Yakub Zainulabedeen, advocates pleaded the case of 14 NEET passed candidates. The copy of the judgment was forwarded to Kaloji Narayan Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal and Director of Medica Education, Hyderabad.
If the High Court is implemented 50 more Muslim candidates would get admissions in MBBS.
