Job Description:

Payment Operations related responsibilities

1.Maintaining end to end payment processing structure.
2.Ensuring timely payment processing with high accuracy.
3.Research & resolve client queries regarding payments.
4.Managing team resources to handle payments especially during peak
volume periods.
5.Ensuring timely reporting of payment activities.
6.To identify issues or bugs in the system handling automatic flow of funds and assisting in development of resolutions for the same.
7.Research & speedy resolution of tickets raised by clients.
8.Coordination with technical officers, Development teams, Account Management & reconciliation teams
9.Providing Audit support
10.Managing Payment Operations
11.Responding to concerns from Subscribers and bankers

Banking Operations

12.Setting up of payments which originate outside the system.
13.Communication with partner banks to ensure parity in book & bank transactions.
14.Handling returns from clients.
15.Handling bank queries regarding client authorizations & payment adjustments.
16.Preparation & communication of NACHA files to the partner banks and ensuring their timely submission
