Bareilly: In yet another sorrowful incident, a man thrashed an old woman and the surprising fact is that no passerby came to her rescue.
In the video which went viral, the man can be seen brutally thrashing, slapping and kicking her. This incident took place in Bareilly District of Uttar Pradesh.
