J&K: Former Chief Ministers of J&K Mr. Omar Abdullah and Ms. Mahbooba Mufti expressed their wrath on the killings in Pulwama wherein common citizens were killed by the Security Forces. They alleged that the Governor failed to provide security to the citizens. Mr. Omar Abdullah termed it as genocide and tweeted that seven citizens were killed. He urged the Governor to protect the lives of people. Ms. Mahbooba Mufti appealed to the Governor to take steps to stop these killings. She condoled the bereaved family. She further said that no country can win the battle by killing its own citizens. Mr.Sajjad Lone of National Conference also condemned the killings.
