LS polls: BJP’s Kailash Vijayvargiya says will be fun to contest against Digvijaya in Bhopal

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): BJP General Secretary on Sunday expressed his desire to contest from Bhopal, the Lok Sabha constituency where Congress announced recently that it will be fielding veteran leader Digvijaya Singh.

Speaking to ANI, Vijayvargiya said, “I am all ready to contest against Digvijaya if my party allows me. It will be fun to fight against him on the Bhopal seat. Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia have trapped Digvijaya by choosing him for Bhopal seat.”

Madhya Pradesh has 29 Lok Sabha seats. The poll body has announced that the state will see polling during the 4, 5, 6 and 7 phases of the Lok Sabha Elections 2019.

The dates of polling in Madhya Pradesh are April 29, May 6, May 12 and May 19. The counting of votes will take place on May 23.
