Eligibility: Any Graduate/Post graduate
Job Location: Rd. # 2, Banjara Hills, and Hyderabad.
Experience: Min 3 Yrs. to 6 Yrs.
NOTE: Only US Recruiters experience, not for bench sales, Remote work.

Job Description:
Working on Direct recruitments
sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks and head hunting.
Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement
Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs
Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board
Mandatory skills:
Only US Recruiters experience (w2, 1099 or C2C),
Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
Must be able to work in a team.
Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry.
