Mumbai, September 13: The mission of LifeLong Learning (LLL) to enhance personal and professional lives of people of all ages and to increase their access to socio-economic opportunities is possible if the universities promote e-learning on a priority basis, educationists participating in a workshop said.
They also stressed the need to develop immediately Network and Linkages among Department of Adult and Continuing Education and Extension (DACEE) of Indian Universities.
To realise the goals of collaborative learning environment with a homogeneous model curriculum for disciplinary courses at national level, a three-day workshop was organised by the University of Mumbai.
Experts from 15 universities and NGOs from West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh participated at the workshop which concluded here on Friday.
