New Delhi, August 28: A lady advocate was today detained in the Delhi High Court for recording court proceeding with her spy camera and was later handed over to the police for questioning.
According to court sources, the lady, who has been a practising lawyer for the last several years, was caught by the court officials when her pen-shaped camera blinked in the court room.
The incident happened in the court of Justice J R Midha, who directed his staff to detain her.
The lawyer, Manpreet Kaur tried to flee from the court room but the court staff detained her.
She was then questioned by the court officials and later handed over to the crime branch of the Delhi Police.
