Hyderabad: Wooing the Brahmin voters to vote for the TRS for Hyderabad development at Kukatpally area during a campaign today, Information and Technology Minister KT Rama Rao said that the government is committed for its growth. Along with Minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao, MLAs Krishna Rao, Jeevan Reddy he said that there was no single incident with regional feelings as the government is firmly providing security to all people here.
“We are facing teething problems and the 18 month rule is gradually addressing the issues”, KTR said and also asked the people to rethink on voting for the Congress or other opposition parties who during their regime did nothing for the development of the city. The misinformation campaign on bifurcation was disproved as the state government is giving top priority to welfare, power, water, better roads and other amenities and resolved many problems. On coming to power, the TRS able to tide over power crisis and now the people were enjoying uninterrupted power supply and security through ‘She Teams’, he claimed.
Chief Minster K Chandraesekhar Rao’s vision for Hyderabad growth on par with global cities is to be fructified soon with all such amenities, he said. Google, Amazon and other such international companies were roping in to Hyderabad with huge investments he said. KCR’s new industrial policy got accolades from across the nation and Rs 25,000 cr investments came pouring in, he claimed. He took a jibe at Telugu Desam Party national president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababau Naidu for claiming to have pushed Hyderabad onto global map with a couple of structures. “We are left behind many problems in the twin cities by the 60 years of misrule of the previous governments”, he charged.
KTR said that the people have to judge carefully themselves to vote for the TRS to address these issues one by one like water clogging during rainy season at Assembly, Raj Bhavan and other such places. To overcome thirst of Hyderabad we are constructing two reservoirs of 30 tmcft capacity each, he said and appealed to strengthen TRS by voting it to power in civic polls. (NSS)
