Hyderabad, October 03: Infrastructure Minister Komatireddy Venkat reddy, who submitted his resignation to Cabinet and Assembly seat, on Sunday stated that he was ready to submit his resignation to Congress party primary membership if the Centre fails to take favourable decision on Telangana state.
Talking to media persons, Venkat Reddy expressed confidence that other Telangana ministers would follow his suit and announce their decision soon if the Centre did not announce its decision on separate T state. If the uncertainty over the Telangana issue continues like this, he stated the state may witness a revolution like Egypt.
Venkat Reddy also denied rumours appeared in a section of media that he resigned from the Cabinet in order to join the YSR Congress party. He advised Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to make efforts to solve the Telangana issue by informing high command with correct reports over the prevailing situation in the Telangana.
