Kishan Wants Akbar Prosecuted For Hate Speeches

Severely condemning MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi’s provocative remarks against Hinduism and Hindus, State BJP president G. Kishan Reddy has demanded that the State government immediately initiate criminal proceedings against Owaisi for making derogatory remarks against Hindu Gods and Goddesses that might disrupt communal harmony in the State.
The BJP leader appealed to all the religious leaders to condemn Owaisi’s outbursts vehemently. He also took all political parties to task for not opening their mouths against the hate speech and expressed anguish over their indifferent attitude. He also condemned Akbaruddin’s remarks against Bhagyalaxmi temple at Charminar.
Alleging that the MIM was speaking in defence of cow slaughter, Kishan Reddy said he would hand over the alleged CDs to the Chief Minister and all-party leaders for seeking strong action against him. He also said they would produce the CDs in the court to bring home his guilt.
The BJP leader demanded that the government initiate criminal proceedings against Akbaruddin Owaisi for his hate speech and address a letter to the Election Commission seeking derecognition of MIM for making attempts to promote animosity among people on religious grounds and blatantly trying to divide the people. He also demanded that the State government write to the Assembly Speaker to annul the membership of Akbaruddin Owaisi and keep a vigil on anti-social and anti-national activities of MIM. He also appealed to all sections of people to maintain peace and communal harmony.

State BJP vice-presidents Chintha Sambamurthy, Malla Reddy, and Vijaya Laxmi, general secretaries Achari, Devendar Reddy and others were present. (NSS).
