Kishan insulted coal miners: Govt whip Odelu

Alleging that State BJP Chief G Kishan Reddy didn’t know what is Boggu Bavi (Coal Well), TRS leaders said the former insulted coal miners during his visit to the coal belt.

Speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Government Whip Nallala Odelu and MLAs Pailla Shekar Reddy and Vemula Veeresham alleged that the BJP leaders didn’t know the difference between contract employees and outsourcing employees. Kishan Reddy was speaking arrogantly as his party was in power at centre, they said and pointed out that Kishan Reddy ran away America when his colleague Laxminarayana tendered his resignation during Telangana movement. They said that the coal workers were asking Kishan Reddy to tell as to why he visiting coal belt now and alleged that the central government was postponing the Singareni recognised unions elections intentionally.

Challenging Kishan Reddy for open debate on the issues raised by him, they said that Kishan Reddy was speaking shamelessly saying that the Chief Minister did nothing to the Singareni workers. He alleged that the dependent jobs were being abolished due to BJP’s affiliated union BMS. “That time Kishan Reddy was supplying chai to the leaders in state BJP office”, they alleged.  Alleging that the opposition parties, which were criticising ruling TRS party, were adopted loot and save policy in the past, they alleged the opposition leaders were speaking losing mental balance.
