Kiran cautions Muslims against Jagan & Naidu

Lashing out at YSRCP Chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has asked the Muslim minorities whether they would give guarantee that Jagan Mohan Reddy would not join hands with the BJP in future.

Addressing a public meeting at Allagadda on Thursday, the Chief Minister said that the regional parties have to join hands with the national parties — Congress or BJP. He said that the anti-Congress regional parties would join hands with the BJP and anti-BJP regional parties would join hands with the Congress. He pointed out that YSRCP was an anti-Congress party and there was no guarantee that the YSRCP chief would not join hands with the BJP.

He alleged that while TRS Chief K Chandrashekar Rao, who was trying to divide the State, Naidu and BJP have colluded with Jagan and tried to dethrone the State government. He said that Jagan has tried to dethrone the government which was formed by late Dr YSR, to become Chief Minister of the State. He asserted that Dr YSR had become the Chief Minister twice with the blessing of the AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi. He alleged that Shobha Nagi Reddy was mediating between the TRS and Jagan to join hands with each other.

He questioned the MLAs, who were supporting Jagan, to answer why they tendered their resignations. Allagadda former MLA Shobha Nagi Reddy had left the TDP first and joined PRP. Later she left the PRP to join the YSRCP, he said, adding that he doesn’t know which party she would join.

Alleging that the regional parties would change their “colors” regularly for the sake of power, he said that Naidu joined hands with BJP in the past. He urged the people to cast vote for the Congress candidate in Allagadda. He also warned that he would not tolerate the people who resort to ‘gundagiri’ in Allagadda and said that tough action would be initiated against them.

PCC Chief Botcha Satyanarayana alleged that Naidu was telling stories about farmers now and did nothing when he was in power. Stating that the TDP’s chapter was over, he said that the voters have to teach a lesson by hitting it with the huge stick though it was a small snake. He said that Jagan was doing politics for the sake of votes only. AICC observer Vayalar Ravi also spoke. (NSS)
