Hyderabad: TRS working president and former minister KT Rama Rao today said the budget presented by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao today was a balanced and telling statistics one.
Reacting on twitter, on the vote-on-account budget, KTR said the 2019-20 budget is a balanced one. He said KCR made required allocations to all sectors like agriculture, basic infrastructure, health, education, welfare sectors and others. The allocations made are reflecting the promises made by KCR on the eve of Assembly polls, he said. He also said the allocations made are to full extent to Rythu Bandhu, crop loan waiver and other sectors.
KTR also extended thanks to the Chief Minister for the allocations made. The statistics are good and capital expenditure increased in four-and-a-half years to Rs 1,68,913 crore during 2014-18 as against Rs 54,052 crore from 2004 to 2014, he said. The allocations to the sectors show the commitment of KCR Government, KTR added.
