Hyderabad: In the wake of Assembly session commencing September 23, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today called on Governor ESL Narsimhan at Raj Bhavan. KCR learnt to have discussed on the Monsoon session of Legislature and the issues to be taken up. The meeting assumes significance as the session likely to be stormy on farmers’ suicides, design change of irrigation projects and other welfare schemes. The chief minister is learnt to have shared his ideas with the governor on issues such as suicides by farmers, exgratia hiked by the government, steps for irrigation projects, implementation of welfare schemes and other pet programs.
