KCR to launch poll campaigning from Oct 3

Hyderabad: TRS chief and caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will launch his election campaigning for the ensuing polls from October 3 to 8 in several old districts. Two to three Assembly segments will be covered for the public meetings and the plan was prepared accordingly.

The pink party boss has decided to take up the next round of political campaign from Nizamabad on October 3 wherein his daughter MP Kavitha represents. KCR has discussed with the party senior leaders on the public meetings to be conducted in old districts and finalized the schedule. He will address Praja Ashirvada Sabhas in Nizamabad on October 3, Nalgonda on October 4, in Wanaparty in old Mahabubnagar district on October 5.

It was also decided in the meeting to hold similar meetings in other districts, including Warangal on October 7 and in Khammam on October 8. Keeping in view the Bathukamma festival to be held from October 9 to 17, the TRS supremo has preferred to conduct the public meetings barring that time and after Dasara festival, according to informed sources. KCR has asked the party leaders to ensure that the public meetings should be conducted successfully by bringing a large number of people.

This time around, the TRS top-brass has taken a decision to see that Praja Ashirvada Sabhas are conducted in previous districts rather than in all new districts. For that matter, it was decided to hold such meetings in two to three Assembly segments at one go. The TRS Chief has asked the leaders like Harish Rao, Etala Rajender, K Taraka Rama Rao, Nayini Narsimha Reddy, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Padma Rao Goud, Tummala Nageshwar Rao, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy and others to focus on gathering the people for the meetings to make them success. The party cadre, rank and file should be involved to see that the Praja Ashiravad Sabhas are held in a befitting manner to nullify the Opposition parties which are planning a grand alliance.
