Karan Johar: Ramu and I are over and above our problems

Mumbai, January 06: Lot has been written, seen and heard about mutual admiration (or the lack of it) between Karan Johar and Ram Gopal Varma. Both film makers have been known for their unique brand of cinema. While Karan has mostly made family films and rom-coms, Ramu has been known for his gritty films. However, in the recent past Karan did try his hand at dark and edgy cinema with KURBAAN, which in spite of being a well made film didn’t fare well at the box office. Now he is arriving with MY NAME IS KHAN which is again a departure from the kind of cinema that he is known for.
