Judges, advocates caught copying in exams

Warangal, August 25: Three district judges and seven advocates were debarred from the LLM first year examinations as they were caught copying by the Kakatiya University officials. Their answer sheets along with the copy material was seized from them.

Among those caught were Adilabad district sub judge M Krishnappa, Rangareddy district court judge K Ajith Narasimha Rao and Nizamabad district court judge P Vijayender Reddy. There were seven advocates who were also involved in the mass copying.

All the accused were writing their examinations in Room No 102 in the Arts and Science College building. Acting on a tip off university distant learning centre additional controller of examinations Manohar along with special squad teams caught the judges and the advocates redhanded while copying. Krishnappa, Narasimha Rao and Vijayender Reddy were caught copying from printed material.

However, Manohar said they had no information whether these people were judges or advocates as the university records show them as students.
