Jailed JMM MLA takes oath

Ranchi, January 06: JMM’s jailed MLA Poulus Surin took oath as a member of Jharkhand assembly today.

He fought the polls from behind the bars and defeated BJP’s Koche Munda by 17,799 votes from Torpa seat.

He said “I am happy but am ignorant (about the proceedings). I am happy too for winning the polls from jail.
