Imran Pratapgarhi recalls contribution of Muslims in India at Mushaira held at Jamia Millia Islamia

New Delhi: During a recent all-India mushaira held at Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, on 18th November, 2017, the young poet Imran Pratapgarhi recalls the contributions of Indian Muslims in every field of life.

The mushaira was graced by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodiya, Amanatullah Khan (MLA Okhla).

Imran claims that issues like cow, demonetization and GST will hit the Modi government hard. He also condemned Najeeb and Mohammed Umar’s killings and terms gauraksha as nautanki. He says those who kill people in the name of cow protection should be labeled as gau-aatanki.

Praising CM Arvind Kejriwal, Imran says the former has changed the meaning of politics.

Imran also slammed new trend of politics where it is being tried to wipe out the historical monuments. Claiming that Muslims contribution can be seen everywhere in India, he feels that it would be impossible for them to deny the contribution of Muslims?

Imran also condemned the divisive politics prevalent in the country.
