1. Communication:
a. Neutral accent.
b. Grammatically correct.
c. Resource should be conscious while speaking.
d. No/minimal use of fillers(eg: like, as in)
e. Fluent.
f. No need to check written skills(Because a good speaker mostly is a good writer too)
2. Experience:
a. Experience must be more than 6 months less than 3 years(No less or more experience acceptable).
b. Must have worked in an international voice process environment.
c. Must be from a Technical support/Service desk background.
3. Stability:
a. Resource must not have switched many jobs in short span.
b. Resource must be ready to work in L1 support(There is no scope for L2).
c. Its a 24/7 support, so the resource must be open for rotational shifts.
