Hyderabad, February 01: (Siasat News) Chairman of A.P. State Wakf Board told that all the district Inspector of Wakf have been given instructions to identify Wakf properties under the possession of Qadianis.
All the schools of Islamic Jurisprudence agree that Qadianis are not Muslims and hence to keep Wakf properties under their possession is not appropriate. There are two types of Wakf properties under the possessions of the Qadianis. One donated by the Sunni Muslims and the other raised by Qadianis themselves. Such of the properties built out of the fund raised by the Qadianis will be deleted from the Wakf register and they will be returned to them. The other properties funded by the Sunni Muslims will be taken away from the Qadianis.
In the next Meeting of the Wakf Board scheduled to be held on 18th February, this issue will come up for discussion. A resolution is likely to be adopted to this effect in that meeting.
