Hyderabad, November 21: ‘Crocodiles’, the German film that poignantly captures the diversities surrounding childhood, won the Best Feature Film in the International category of the 16th International Children’s Film Festival (ICFF) which concluded here tonight.
In the short film category, ‘Elephants’ won the top prize while the Best Animation Film went to ‘New Species’. Harald Hamrell bagged the best Director Award for ‘A Witch in the Family’.
In the Asian Panorama category, ‘Two Men’s Classroom’ from China was named as the Best Feature Film, and ‘I feel pity for the ozone layer’ the best short film. Pandiraj was named as the Best Director in this section for his film ‘The Kids’.
In the International Children Jury, ‘Letter for the King’ won the Best Film award. Best Film in the Asian Panorama Children Jury was ‘Half Mine, Half Yours’.
