Hyderabad, Jan.26: Tirupati MLA Chiranjeevi has said everyone should strive to spread the nation’s image across the world.
Speaking to the media after hoisting the national flag on the occasion of the 63rd Republic Day celebrations at his Blood Bank here on Thursday, Chiranjeevi said that he was moving forward with the aim that development was only possible through social justice.
Responding to the criticism on merging the PRP in to the Congress party, he said that he has not merged his party expecting power or positions. He said that he would not bow before any one for the sake of positions. He said leaders, who were incapable of doing any good to the people were resorting to criticism against him.
Ministers Ganta Srinivasa Rao and C Ramachandraiah have also participated in the celebrations.
Ramachandraiah has gifted a copy of the Indian constitution to Chiranjeevi on the occasion. (NSS)
