The 10th edition of Hyderabad Jewellery, Pearl and Gem Fair (HJF-2017) commenced here today at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Novotel.
Nepal Gem and Jewellery Association president Jyotsna Shreshta, UBM Asia executive vice-president Michael Duck, UBM India Managing Director Yogesh Mudras, Hitech City Jewellers Manufacturers Association (HJMA) president Mahendra Tayal were special guests and HJMA Convenor Mukesh Agarwal inaugurated the fair.
The three-day expo from June 9 to 11 is one of the biggest gems & jewellery B2B exhibition with participation of over 150 comprising jewellery brands, wholesalers, retailers, importers and exporters, jewellery manufacturers, machinery manufacturers, diamond, gemstone, pearl suppliers and traders, precious metal and jewellery mounting traders and suppliers and representatives from trade and governmental bodies.
A seminar on Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be held on June 10. GJF Chairman Nitin Khandelwalji will be the chief guest. (NSS)
