New Delhi, December 14: You might titter at this but it’s true that ‘how to kiss’ has been one of the most Googled items in India in 2010 with ‘how to get pregnant’ topping the category.
According to Google Zeitgeist 2010 list, the most popular ‘how to’ in the country in 2010 was ‘how to get pregnant’ followed by ‘how to kiss’ and ‘how to impress a girl’.
Mobile phone company Nokia was the most searched brand in Google in 2010 while Hrithik Roshan starrer ‘Kites’ was the most sought after flick.
The list available on the search engine’s website shows after Nokia, Samsung, Airtel, Micromax and Dell were the most Googled brands by the country in the outgoing year.
‘Kites’ was the most searched flick followed by Endhiran — Tamil version of Rajnikanth’s Bollywood film Robot.
While British actress Aruna Shields, who made her debut in Indian cinema with ‘Prince’ was the most searched name in the fastest-rising people category, ‘Dabangg’s’ Sonakshi Sinha bagged the second slot.
Other favourites from Bollywood were Zarine Khan, Katrina Kaif and among men, Salman Khan ruled the web.
Songs topped the list of most popular category, leaving the social networking site Facebook behind by a rank.
Google and Youtube were also among the top five hunted search engines.
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (railway ticket booking) emerged high in the year-on-year fastest rising bracket.
