The Role
Charterhouse is working with a luxury home furniture retail company who is looking to hire a Regional Visual Merchandiser Manager to join their team. As a Regional VM Manager you will be in charge of all the company boutique across the Middle East.
You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of seasonal VM guidelines in line with new product launches. You will have to coach and develop store based teams in all aspects of VM across the GCC. You will also directly manage a team of Visual Merchandisers.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have excellent organisation and communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail. You should have previous experience in project management as well creating VM packs to communicate the guidelines company wide. Previous experience as a VM Manager for a home furniture brand is a prerequisite. Experience in furniture, interiors and design is a distinct advantage.
